Ryan Hughes’ journey into brain health was deeply personal. After witnessing firsthand the limitations of conventional medicine—both in his own life and in his patients— he became passionate about combining science-backed, natural solutions with personalized care to address each individual’s unique needs.

With extensive experience in healthcare, Ryan’s career began in high school, where he worked in multiple roles before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. His early career included valuable experience in inpatient psychiatry, followed by a transition into functional medicine. Now, as a functional medicine practitioner, Ryan helps clients uncover the root causes of their health challenges and guides them toward transformative, lasting improvements in their well-being.

Ryan specializes in holistic medicine, using natural, science-backed solutions to address cognitive challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, brain fog, and memory or sleep issues.
His passion for brain health has grown deeper in recent years as he has worked to support his aging mother in maintaining her cognitive health. This personal experience has fueled his drive to further explore the field of brain wellness and inspires him to help others achieve optimal brain function and emotional well-being.
